What We Do

A SECOND OPINION WHEN IT MATTERS MOST

Once retained, DR will appoint a Decision Coordinator (“DC”) to apply the specific definitions (either under the definitive legal agreement or DR’s standard definitions) to the facts of the matter to determine if the desired action is reasonable, in good faith, using the prudent business judgment rule or if consent is being unreasonably withheld. DR will then issue a reasoned decision to provide guidance to the retaining party on if the desired action should be undertaken. The intent of DR is to act as a true independent to help parties avoid litigation and other alternative dispute resolution by seeking professional guidance on issues.
